As Canadian expats based in Asia, one would think that buying a house online and not viewing in person would be impossible, however, we were introduced to Kaija.

After thoroughly interviewing several real estate agents we decided to hire Kaija Pitt to sell our house. We were immediately impressed by her enthusiasm, professionalism and work ethic. From the moment we contacted her, she arranged for the stager, contractor/painter to walk through the house to give us within days an outline of what she would do to refresh in the house to maximize the selling price.
