Bedford Park
Bedford Park is a beautiful neighbourhood in uptown Toronto. It’s known as a family-oriented neighbourhood with quiet streets, mature trees, excellent schools, and parks. The original homes in Bedford Park were constructed between 1890 and 1940. It was considered a middle class neighbourhood, on the northern boundary of Toronto, with mid-sized detached and semi-detached homes. Many of the originals homes still exist and a number have undergone extensive renovations to meet contemporary standards. A handful of the original homes have been torn down completely and replaced with larger, more modern homes.
There are excellent schools in the area, including Bannockburn Montessori School.
